Information collected from Google login

When you sign in with Google, the app requests the openid, email, and profile scopes. The backend uses Google OAuth to receive your Google account ID, email address, display name, and profile picture URL.

The app stores your email address, display name, profile picture URL, and Google account ID so it can create your account, authenticate future sessions, and personalize the signed-in experience.

Guest sessions, documents, and chat data

The app creates cookie-backed guest or signed-in sessions. It stores session records, chat threads, messages, run traces, uploaded document metadata, document chunks, and retrieval/indexing metadata needed to provide Agent Lab features.

If you upload documents or sync Google Drive files, document content may be parsed, chunked, embedded, indexed, and used as context for answers you request.

AI providers and integrations

When you use chat, grounded QA, document tools, or agent workflows, your prompts, selected document content, retrieved excerpts, and tool outputs may be sent to configured AI providers such as OpenAI or Ollama-compatible services to generate responses or embeddings.

If you connect integrations such as Google Drive, Gmail, or GitHub, the app stores encrypted access tokens and related account/source metadata so it can perform the actions you request. External write actions, such as sending Gmail or creating GitHub changes, are designed to require approval before execution.

Cookies, local storage, and logs

The site uses cookies for authentication/session handling. The frontend also uses local storage for interface preferences such as theme, selected mode, collapsed panels, and remembered thread state.

I do not currently run a dedicated analytics service in the application code. The app, hosting infrastructure, security layers, and observability tools may still create standard logs and metrics such as request paths, status codes, timing, abuse signals, and operational errors.

Sharing

I do not sell your personal information. Information is shared with service providers only as needed to operate the site, authenticate you, host the app, store data, process AI requests, provide integrations you connect, monitor reliability, and protect the service from abuse.

Deletion and contact

You can request deletion of your account data, uploaded documents, connected integration data, or other stored personal information by emailing ilan.psk@gmail.com.

Logging out clears the current browser session and disconnects stored integration OAuth data for that session where implemented, but a deletion request is the way to ask for broader account/data removal.

This policy may be updated as the site changes. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
