Terms of Service
These terms describe the rules for using this personal site and Agent Lab demo. They are simple because the service is currently a small portfolio/demo project.
Who may use the service
You may use this site if you can legally agree to these terms. By continuing with Google sign-in, you agree to these Terms of Service and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse, scrape, overload, attack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure. Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, proof-of-work, authentication, authorization, approval gates, or other safety controls.
Do not upload content you do not have the right to use. Do not use the service to process illegal content, secrets you are not allowed to disclose, malware, or content that violates another person’s rights.
Your content and connected accounts
You are responsible for the documents, prompts, messages, files, and connected-account actions you submit or approve. If you connect Google Drive, Gmail, GitHub, or another provider, you are responsible for authorizing only the access and actions you intend.
You keep ownership of your content. You grant the service permission to process it as needed to provide the features you request, including indexing, retrieval, AI responses, tool execution, debugging, reliability monitoring, and abuse prevention.
AI output
Agent Lab uses AI models and retrieval tools. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for important decisions. Review results before relying on them or using them externally.
Suspension or termination
I may suspend, rate-limit, block, or delete access if the service is abused, attacked, misused, or used in a way that creates legal, security, operational, or reliability risk.
No warranties
The site and Agent Lab are provided “as is” and “as available.” I do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by applicable law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business, or goodwill arising from use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Israel, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
